Our Story
Built on the Belief That Structure Creates Clarity
Sila Accord was founded to address a gap in the Thai consulting market — thoughtful, deliverable-driven engagements for organizations that want substance over style.
Back to HomeWho We Are
About Sila Accord
Sila Accord was established in Bangkok to serve organizations that need focused, well-designed consulting engagements — not sprawling advisory relationships. The name reflects our philosophy: sila (from the Pali tradition, meaning ethical conduct and disciplined practice) and accord (alignment, agreement, harmony) — two ideas that sit at the heart of what we do.
Since opening our Ratchathewi office, we've worked with organizations across sectors — from family-owned corporations managing generational leadership transitions, to publicly listed companies building their first meaningful CSR programs. Our clients tend to be thoughtful people under real pressure, who want honest counsel and practical tools.
We keep our client roster intentionally small. Every engagement receives direct senior attention — not delegation to junior staff. This means we take on fewer projects, but each one is treated with the depth it deserves.
Our work is structured around deliverables, not hours. You'll always know what we're building together, by when, and why it matters.

How We Work
Standards & Protocols
Defined Scope of Work
Every engagement begins with a written scope document specifying deliverables, milestones, timelines, and fees. Nothing proceeds without shared agreement.
Mutual Confidentiality
We operate under a mutual NDA from the first substantive conversation. Client information is never discussed with other clients or used for promotional purposes.
Participatory Process
Deliverables are co-developed with client teams through structured workshops and feedback sessions — not handed over as finished documents from an outside perspective.
Ethical Practice Standards
We follow the professional code of practice aligned with the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes, with particular attention to conflict-of-interest management.
Data Handling Policy
Client data shared during engagements is stored securely, never retained beyond project completion without consent, and handled in compliance with Thailand's PDPA legislation.
Post-Engagement Support
For 30 days following project completion, we remain available for clarifications, follow-on questions, and implementation guidance at no additional cost.
Consulting Practice Rooted in Southeast Asian Context
Sila Accord operates from Bangkok with a practice focus on the organizational challenges that arise when companies and institutions in Thailand and the wider ASEAN region move through periods of leadership change, operational complexity, and stakeholder expectation shifts. Our work is context-sensitive — we do not apply frameworks developed in other markets without adapting them to local leadership culture, governance norms, and community dynamics.
Our consulting methodology draws from established organizational development disciplines, adapted for the specific conditions of growing Thai corporations, family-business groups navigating succession, and companies expanding their social footprint. We work in both English and Thai, and our team has experience spanning private sector, nonprofit, and government-adjacent organizations across the region.
What distinguishes our practice is a commitment to producing outputs that teams can actually use — not polished reports that sit in a drawer. Each engagement produces working documents: playbooks, frameworks, dashboards, strategy documents, and governance structures that are designed to function within the client's real operational context. This orientation toward practical utility, rather than theoretical completeness, shapes everything from how we conduct discovery work to how we format final deliverables.
