Voices from Past Engagements
"The onboarding playbook Sila Accord built for our new Managing Director was far more considered than anything we'd put together ourselves. It covered dynamics I hadn't thought to address — particularly around the company's internal culture, which is genuinely unusual. Our MD told me it was the most useful document he received during his first month."

"I was skeptical that a data framework engagement could actually change behavior without new software. It did. The workshop sessions were the turning point — having our management team work through real decisions using the framework during the session made it concrete in a way that a written report never would have. Three months later, it's still being used."

Operations Director, Chonburi

"What separated Sila Accord from the other consultants we spoke with was their willingness to push back on our initial assumptions about what our CSR program should look like. They asked uncomfortable questions about the gap between what we wanted to communicate externally and what we were actually prepared to fund internally. That honesty made the final program much stronger."

"The fixed pricing was important for us — we needed to know exactly what we were committing to. But beyond the commercial clarity, the actual delivery was genuinely thorough. Ariya led the stakeholder mapping sessions herself, and you could tell she'd done real preparation about our company's history before walking into the room."
Thanida Phromthong
Group HR Manager, Pathum Thani

"We engaged Sila Accord for a data framework project after our data team flagged that our decision meetings weren't drawing on the dashboards we'd spent months building. The engagement identified why — the dashboards answered questions our team didn't actually have. The new framework they helped us design starts from the decisions people make, not the data we happened to collect."

Chief Data Officer, Bangkok

"Our CSR engagement with Sila Accord resulted in a program portfolio that our board, our employees, and our community partners all found credible. That's not easy to achieve simultaneously. Sirinapa's facilitation of the community needs sessions was particularly skilled — she navigated some difficult conversations with a lot of care."

Challenge
Financial Services Group — Bangkok
A Bangkok-based financial services group appointed an external CEO from Singapore — the first non-Thai leader in the company's history. The executive had no prior experience of Thai corporate culture and the organization had no formal onboarding process. The board wanted to reduce the risk of a slow start in a complex regulatory environment.
Solution
Sila Accord conducted stakeholder mapping interviews with 12 senior managers, reviewed key governance documents, and worked with the incoming CEO via video prior to his start date. A 90-day plan was developed covering weekly milestones, a sequenced stakeholder meeting schedule, and cultural briefing materials specific to the Thai business context.
Results
The CEO reported completing his first 90 days with a clearer understanding of organizational dynamics than he'd had at any previous role. The board noted that key relationship-building milestones were reached approximately three weeks faster than in previous senior appointments.

Challenge
Manufacturing Group — Chonburi
A mid-sized manufacturing group had invested significantly in data infrastructure over two years but found that its management team wasn't using the resulting dashboards. Decisions were still made on intuition and anecdote, with data referenced only retrospectively to justify conclusions that had already been reached.
Solution
The data framework engagement identified that the existing dashboards answered questions the management team didn't typically ask. The five-week engagement redesigned the decision framework starting from seven priority decision types, then specified the data inputs each decision actually required. Two workshop sessions applied the new framework to real current decisions.
Results
Four months after delivery, a follow-up conversation with the Operations Director confirmed that the new framework was being referenced in weekly management meetings. Two of the seven priority decision types had already been updated with new data inputs identified during the engagement.

Challenge
Property Development Company — Bangkok
A publicly listed property developer faced growing investor and media scrutiny over its community impact. Existing CSR activity consisted of ad hoc charitable donations with no strategic framework. Senior leadership wanted to build a credible program ahead of a planned ESG reporting requirement.
Solution
The 8-week CSR engagement included community needs assessments in three districts where the company's developments were located, stakeholder consultation with residents, local government liaisons, and employee representatives. Three program initiatives were designed with specific governance ownership structures and reporting KPIs.
Results
The CSR strategy was presented to the board six weeks after engagement completion and approved without modification. The company included the new program framework in its first ESG report, noting it as a shift from previous discretionary giving toward a structured, community-anchored approach.
